Great service. Easy to find the area in Heathrow terminal 2 and driver was friendly. Car was returned quickly and there before we turned up. Only minor issue is wherever Car is stored it isn't covered as my car is very sandy/dirty now.

We need much clearer directions on how to find you. Had to go through terminal parking twice. Also all communications (like this one, and the final reminder sent the day before my travel) were from Purple Parking, but when I got to the PP stand they had no booking from me, then they suggested I talk to the guys next door. Blue something? anyway they had my booking. If you're going to use multiple marketing names, all communication need to be consistent.

I've received a notice of a parking fine for a time when the the car was under your charge. I've drawn this to your attention and have been told it can take up to 30 days for you to respond, but that is well outside the time in which I'll have to respond to the notice. This is entirely unacceptable.

pretty sure i booked cancellable with refund. turns out no refund. not at all helpful during rail strike. long serving customer a few years ago, now feel like discarded. also website holiday extras didnt work well.

Not a very good service - though I use it every week because there aren't really any alternatives. It's supposed to be convenient – but it's anything but convenient. On the way to the airport, you have to call 20 minutes before arriving at the terminal – which isn't the easiest thing in the world if you're driving. Collecting the car, you have to call once you have your bags. From there, it takes 3 minutes to get to the car park – but the car will take at least 20 minutes to arrive, and, at times, as long as two hours. This maximises convenience for the people operating the service, and leads to a lot of hanging around for the customer. If it's a dry day, it's worth simply parking in the long stay instead, paying half as much, and getting your car much quicker on return. Other than that, I find it best to lie. I take the safe option and say I'm 20 minutes away, wherever I stop for a coffee – probably 90 minutes away. And on return, I call the minute the Captain allows punters to use their phone, and say, yes, I've got my bags, as the plane taxis to the stand. 'cos I really, really don't want to be standing around in a draft car park for half an hour because the car service that has the details of my flight can't be bothered to monitor the arrivals board.

No issues at all ... had to wait 15 min when we got back but we were only 20 min from landing to clearing passport control and collecting our baggage so we arrived more quickly than expected. Staff were helpful and polite.

Great service and worth the extra money. I have a pick up and no one else would accept commercial vehicles or extra long vehicles. One comment would be to call them once through security and not when I collect my bag as it gives them a realistic time to bring the car from the off site parking.

Arrived at T2 LHR and all worked seamlessly. 4 weeks later arrived back early morning and the car was ready and waiting. Faultless service, so will use them again.

Absolutely worst experience I have ever had parking. Booking a "meet and greet" parking was supposed to make returning with a young family easier. This experience was far from that! After waiting for an hour and a half for my car, I was told it was still in the yard... I then was told it would take atleast an hour for it to come arrive... Almost three hours for a meet and greet is not acceptable. You had flight details and knew that there were traffic issues from the days previous. I ended up taking an underground and walking to the yard with my wife and young children to get my car myself. I will definitely not be recommending anything about this service to my friends and family.

When I arrived to park, the desk had no knowledge of my online booking, even though I had telephoned 20 minutes beforehand. When I came to collect the car, I had to wait 35 minutes or more from the time I made the phone call. Not good enough. Also, it wasn't Purple Parking, but some company called Blue Circle.

The car was covered in bird poo and the driver wasn’t wearing a mask. It was also quite a long wait to get the car back, but that’s understandable as the airport was very busy.

Return my car in the condition you received it. The inside of my car was excessively muddy when it was returned to me. The car is brand new and has just overmiles on it and was in great condition when I dropped it off.

Contacting the telephone numbers given was a nightmare. All three numbers reported 'out of service' or 'number unavailable' on the first two or three attempts

On arrival The directions weren’t clear enough and I ended up going round the airport. When I arrived there weren’t enough car parking slots so I parked in the side and was told to move my car. On return I called as asked and then waited 45 minutes to get my car delivered. I chose this service to get me away quicker and it ended up me getting home late. I use the Luton Service quite a bit and that is ok... I won’t use you at Heathrow again.

Your check in desk should advise people they should ring a number when they arrive. I didn't know and when I came back, my car wasn't waiting and the desk clerk basically just said not my problem, ring the number. I then waited 40 minutes to get my car whilst hearing how he moaned to a colleauge about all those people who didn't ring the number... Guess your check in process lacks guidance? Why have a flight number if you don't have the car waiting? I and 4 other people stood there for some time, so guess it wasn't just me being silly as I was made to feel by the clerk. Would I use this again? No, never again

Poor signage to the drop off point. Had to wait over 20minutes for the car to arrive back. The driver left mud on the floor and was wet when it arrived back. No opology. Disgusting service.
