Park InnHotel was not up to standard. Noisy and hot. Very basic lots of noise as the double glazing didn’t fit and there was a massive gap. Food very expensive

Park InnPlenty of room to park (on a Monday evening in June) Good room at hotel - return flight was delayed by 48 hours - no extra charge for longer parking period - car was safe during our holiday

Park InnWent fine. Parked the car at Radisson Red stayed overnight and left for airport early morning by Hoppa. No issues. Hotel made it easy.

Park InnI reckon you need to set up a returning customer database that gives better discounts for more loyal members. I reckon anyone new to your services can get the same discounts as you are using these to catch brand new customers. I reckon I’ve used you around 15 to 20 times at least.

Park InnTook 40 minutes to check in to the Radisson Red hotel then when we got into the room it had not been cleaned with dirty towels & cups left laying around.

Park InnTRANSFER FROM HOTEL WAS GOOD ,BUT WHEN WE CAME BACK WE FOLLOWED THE SIGNS FOR "HOTEL HOPPA BUS" AT HEATHROW . BUT ONCE WE GOT OUT SIDE THE SIGNS EITHER STOPPED OR GAVE THE WRONG BAY/BUS NUMBER . DRIVERS WERE NOT HELPFUL WITH PLENTY OF " I DONT KNOW ASK THE BUS BEHIND IM ON REST " WE WERE JUST ABOUT TO GET A TAXI WHEN WE FOUND A BUS GOING TO THE HOTEL AFTER 30 MINS STANDING IN THE COLD .

Park InnHoppa doesn’t go often enough, food wasn’t good although I did get it at half price as I complained. I left early in the morning because I couldn’t sleep but couldn’t get a refund for breakfast. I was given a box with a very poor standard of food and very little food plus when I asked for coffeee to go with my “breakfast to go� I was to,d I’d have to pay for it! Not good enough!

Park InnInadequate information on how to reach terminal 4 which on the outward journey was via bus, train and bus as the trains were not stopping at terminal 4. The point of staying overnight prior to getting transport to the terminal, is to facilitate an easy, stress-free transfer. Almost as bad on the inward journey. Confusing information on bus stop location, no timetable so had to wait 25 minutes outside. Information on bus stops different from details on leaflet supplied by hotel.
