Airparks Park and RideWe have always been happy with purple parking but this time the parking area was not well situated as before we have parked then bus has taken us to airport door but this time we had a long walk in the rain which was not ideal and going away again in November but will use different carpark nearer to airport as travelling with elderly parent and just to far to walk for them .

Airparks Park and RideOnce again we were unable to use our Aberdeen airport lounge tickets as you booked us in for ,13.00. Aberdeen lounge closes at 12 midday EVERY Saturday so why did you take our money. I am so frustrated at your atrocious customer service as you have ignored my ,,,9 emails. How do I get our money refunded?

Airparks Park and RideI was unable to use my lounge passes. The lounge closes at midday every Saturday and you booked me in for 13.00 as my flight was 16.10. I have emailed you 4 times with no response.

Airparks Park and Ride- Great service from beginning to end - The procedure dropping our car off was efficient - They were already outside the airport waiting to pick us up. - Our car was ready to be driven (they even defrosted the windscreen)

Airparks Park and RideWould be very helpful if you will be able to improve the lights on the top of the hill. It is quite difficult to go over the speed bumps at night time particularly in the dark corner even when you driving 15mph.
