Birmingham Airport Car Park 7Be at the car park when we arrive. If not leave a message that explains what to do. In our case on 27 November at 14:05 nobody was in your kiosk and no message displayed. We spent 10 minutes in pouring rain trying to find out what to do. This was not the service that we expected.Graham

Birmingham Airport Car Park 7Car was damaged whilst we were away, nothing was mentioned when we collected the car. Was only when we returned to the vehicle we saw the car bumper and engine protection shield completely hanging off... had to report to staff, they admitted no responsibility and we are now in the process of putting in a claim for the damage.. last thing you want when you return from holiday..
