Parking is extortionate. a ridiculous extra expense to travelling. there should be morre optins on your survey. The world is not black and white/ yes or no so the survey is meaningless

Gate wouldn’t open for us even though paid in advance. Also never had confirmation email sent just a txt message after original booking so had to phone up & check why. After finally getting confirmation Stil had call someone open barrier. £225 or what ever i paid was extortionate also

Signs stating parking available were wrong. All the row was full. Some cars parked badly should have notice on them.

Our car was damaged whilst in the car park. It’s expensive, as it’s on site, but the bays are small and someone obviously damaged our car when they were manoeuvring.

The cost is now too much and three times the price of a return taxi fare. We will not be using this service again until the cost is reduced to somewhere close to pre covid. I don’t understand why to has increased by over 50%.

Really simple to book. Nothing to do other than drive to the gates. Take a pic of you row number as car park is pretty big.

This was more expensive than parking at Gatwick, but there was no tarmac to park on, no security fence so it was open to anyone. A lack of cctv cameras, so it was difficult to see why I was paying this much for an inferior service, probably because we have no other option.

Because the bays are not effectively marked, the bays are too cramped and the roadway is too narrow for vehicles to safely reverse. My car now has a gouge along the near side. Suggest one of the Directors parks his own car there for a week and see how it goes… No issue with the other car parks, but the long stay has been poorly adapted and is too tight.

When leaving airport parking our car registration was not recognised automatically. We had to look up booking reference and give to person on end of the 'phone' ie, our registration did not appear to be linked to our prepaid booking. It delayed our departure by a couple of minutes only but frustrating at the end of a days travelling. In this day and age it should have been automatic.
