I didn't see any signs saying "Purple Parking". I assumed 12hrs was long stay so went to the long stay car park, plate reader didn't recognise my car plate so I ended up paying £45 again !

I pre-booked my parking with purple parking at Bristol Airport. I got back to the short stay car park at 16.45. The ticket was until 17.00. To leave the car park I was forced to pay £64
