Cardiff Airport Express ParkParked for a week in Cardiff but although I was recognised as being there and having paid, I was stuck at the exit barrier for 15 minutes trying to get out!! Why hand my keys back to me if there were going to be problems at the gate??

Cardiff Airport Express ParkIt wasn't a meet & Greet service and at a larger airport I suspect we would have had a greater distance to get to departures - But this was Cardiff Airport and the drop off point was acceptably close to departures. Please stop companies from using the title of "Meet & Greet" - it should be Drop & Collect and it should specify how far it is to the Departure/check in area.

Cardiff Airport Express ParkI had my first problems , when I returned and looking to leave the border did not rise - not recognised my plate - and had to call to have it sorted. Not major but after a long day could have done without. The guys I called dealt with it immediately and very polite.
