Jetparks 2Purple parking was fine no issues with their service . However jet2 car park 2 , avoid parking under flood lights, my car was absolutely covered in bird poo and I mean covered not just a few blobs , it was hard to the colour of the car . It had to go through the car wash twice and be scrubbed twice , it was a disappointing return. I also wouldn't park her if you have a young family, the buses are packed like sardines , wouldn't even attempt it with a pushchair. Also the driver of the bus would benefit from announcing which car park we are at when it's 2am in the morning and it's hard to tell when you are meant to get off.

Jetparks 2Ensure you display the same times for the bus departures. When I booked it said buses every 15 minutes and at the bus stops it says every 20 minutes. We waited 20 minutes after we parked for a bus More rack space on the bus for cases

Jetparks 2Accessing the car park was super easy, just a bit frustrating trying to leave, as the camera didn't pick up the number plate and we had to press for assistance. A few more customers had also had to do this but they'd reversed thinking we might be able to get through but we just experienced the same. Apart from that the pick up there and back was great, lovely drivers and all very easy.

Jetparks 2We were unable to exit the car park and there was no assistance anywhere. As they aren’t manned there was no help. We were stranded in the car park in the Early hours of the morning with young children.

Jetparks 2I was disappointed the I was charged £10.00 to leave the car park. I notified you by email as soon as I knew our flight was later than the time on my original booking. However, I am generally pleased with the system you have and would use you again.

Jetparks 2Getting to the Carpark was fine, no issues. Upon our return however we were picked up by a kind, friendly bus driver. Upon arrival at Jet Parks 2 a man stopped the bus waving his arms. With that the door opened and on got a very irate driver, pointing his finger at our current driver saying don’t you ever do that again. As it transpires he was left standing in the cold whilst passengers were dropped at JP1 without swapping drivers. Customer focused approach from the first driver at least. The second driver then swapped and after embarrassing his colleague sat in the seat, slammed the door of the cab and then shouted out the window “prat� to his colleague. This was not professional, nor would it meet the companies expectations for their staff. It would have been intimidating for children as was very heated but in addition was outright bullying. The first driver handled it very well and professionally. The second driver needs to find a new job

Jetparks 2well it would be great if Jet 2 parking had my details from you it took me 30 mins of trying to tell them i was booked into jet 2 . parking they told me i was booked into jet 1 when on your paper work you had jet 2 parking . they were a load or rubbish so all in all it took me over an hour to get to departures after missing to buses because i was kept at the gate . jet 2 parking what a load of rubbish.
