Long Stay 1All went really smoothly. However I think I got a scam email after I booked saying I hadn't finished the transaction an the charge had gone up. Fortunately I had printed it out so knew I had done it.

Long Stay 1We used the Long Stay Car Park and it went very smoothly. The buses were regular even at 3.00 am in the morning. I would recommend this option.

Long Stay 1Easy, stress free parking. Drove to the barrier straight into the car park with ample parking. Waited 5 minutes for a bus to the terminal and on return the bus was waiting and took us straight back to the car park. Will use again as I have done previously.

Long Stay 1Well I put my flight times in and wen I come to go into the car park my times was wrong and payed extra if I got delayed ? I did live chat at the airport with someone she said it was all ok at her end and not to worry about and not to scan my debit card on way out because I was worried about getting charged twice but it would let me out without paying again and it charged me 15.99 to get out I wud like a refund as I wasn’t delayed

Long Stay 1Bus every 20 mins on understanding was every 5 mins came back early hrs of the morning wasn’t told they were different busses to get on !! Ended up on wrong bus had to go back to terminal

Long Stay 1Parking spaces a little snug, looks as though you are more interested in the money than improving the customer experience, all vehicles are progressively larger, some SUV’s in parking bays did not fit making it difficult to manoeuvre.

Long Stay 1parked at East Midlands Airport for 1 week, drove up to the barrier at Long Stay One which opened immediately, parked the car and caught the shuttle bus all within 10 mins. On our return there was a short wait for a shuttle bus but we were soon at Long Stay One and in the car driving home. The service could not have been better.

Long Stay 1We had trouble finding. Parking space as a lot took x2 spaces having a large car took up 30 mins just to park

Long Stay 1No issues with the car park as such, other than it was a long way from the terminal. On arriving back the transfer bus quickly filled up and it was a 20 minute wait for the next one and an equal time to walk so we waited in a cold bus shelter.
