We returned to car park and had to enter drivers side by passenger door as a very large Range Rover SUV had parked right on the parking bay line therefore, we could not access the drivers door close

Too expensive and number wasn't recognised on way out at 3am at -1 degree had to get out of car to use the intercom.

Arrived back at East Midlands 11.30. Got to parking 3 about midnight. Didn’t get out of the car park till 1.15. The system went down and me and several pother cars had to phone for help. Very slow response, even after you spoke to the chap we still had to wait for a further 10 mins to lift the barrier !!

It is very disappointing to be amongst a number of drivers who struggled to get out of the carpark at the end of our holiday - number plate recognition requires significant update as does the speed the operates respond when there are difficulties

Very easy to book - nothing to alter to Improve as the reminder emails were helpful and to drive up and not have to faff with emails etc to enter or leave the car park meant a swift entry/exit

Without dropping me off at the departure gate there's nothing I can think of, went like clockwork

no problem getting into the car park, but getting out the barrier would not open and it registered a charge of £240, I contacted the operator and after a not very helpful exchange he decided to check his paperwork and after several minutes the barrier opened, but no apology for my inconvenience or acknowledgment they he was in the wrong

Please sort out the exit signs. I was OK but I had to show two cars how to get out as the exit signs are not clear enough to direct to the exit barrier
