APLI couldn’t find the parking place and I have to use the long stay parking for £100!! I was looking for nearly an hour and I almost missed my fly!! I tried to call that number but it was NOT available and that number is false! I would get back my money because I couldn’t to use that what I paid for!! No plate or sign for that parking place! Another customer couldn’t find it as well! Useless!

APLThis booking was actually at Skypark and it was difficult to find the car park. Otherwise it was quick and an easy walk to the terminal.

APLI have emailed you with regards to my dissatisfaction with the product I bought. Booking ref: BMCNN Tues July 17 - Tuesday July 31. When we arrived at the designated car park, the gentleman was outside and used my phone to see that we were at the correct place, not getting any of his paperwork and wanted us to park our car outside his warehouse and hand him the keys. This is not good enough - I expect when I’m leaving my car keys with a stranger to see some form of paperwork. When questioned on this, the man became irate and told us to leave and come back within an hour and he would deal with us then. Our flight left in two hours - so we had no choice but to pay an extra £72 on top of the £62.04 I have paid yourselves for more parking to get our flight. I have sent you an email regarding this requesting a full refund and you have not replied. Extremely poor customer service on your part on top of selling poor parking options.

APLSo close to the airport which makes it so easy once you’ve parked up to just pop over quickly. Also such friendly staff! 10/10
