Long StayBit of a mix up with car not on the system for some reason so could not exit the car park freely. This has never happened before but was sorted fairly quickly at the barrier. All in all happy and a safe car park minutes walk from the terminal.

Long StayThe Purple Parking service was very easy and straightforward to use. The video showing what will happen at the car park was exactly as shown and clear to follow. The only problem with the car park at Liverpool John Lennon airport was that the exit is very badly marked… the arrows on the car park need repainting. I had no idea where the exit was to get out, especially late at night in the dark. But I’m not sure if that is purple parkings problem or the airports. It was frustrating not being able to get out!

Long StayThe only issue we had was on exit from the car park it asked for £100 but this was quickly resolved by the car park attendant. Obviously the £100 would have been the true cost so the price you charged was more than 50% cheaper excellent value
