Luxury Parking with Butterfly Meet and Greet
With its city centre location, it can be a struggle to find cheap parking at London City Airport, but with Butterfly Meet and Greet, VIP parking can cost less than you think.
We have selected this option, as it is one of the most convenient options of the London City Airport Parking options. You just simply drive into the terminal car park (taking a ticket at the barrier) and meet your Butterfly driver. They will then transfer your car a short distance to the Park Mark-award-winning, secured car park. It will remain here for the duration of your trip. When you return, they will bring it back for you so you can collect it and drive home without having to wait around for transfers.
Why not save even more and combine your airport parking with an overnight stay at one of our London City Airport Hotels.

How it works - arrival at the airport
On the day of your departure, once you're about 20 minutes away from London City Airport, give the car park a call to let them know you're on your way. It's important to do this because you may incur a hefty fine if your car spends too long in the car park.
When you arrive, drive straight to the on-site car park at London City Airport, (formerly known as Long Stay). There will be an entry barrier and you need to take a ticket to get in. Once inside, park your car in an available space. You will then be met by a uniformed Butterfly driver who will collect both your keys and the ticket from the barrier.
You simply need to then unload your luggage and stroll to the check-in, which is no more than 5 minutes' away.
How it works - returning to the airport
On your return, call Butterfly once you've landed to let them know you have arrived. Then collect your luggage and walk back to the on-site car park where the Butterfly driver will meet you to hand back your car.
Upon collecting your keys, you will also be given a ticket to exit the car park. You will also have to pay an exit fee. If your car leaves within 10 minutes of it arriving, then the fee is £3.20. This increases to £7.50 if you car leaves within 29 minutes of arrival.
Security features:
The car park has a Park Mark award, which is given to car parks by local Police to indicate that they have achieved the highest standards in customer safety and comfort.
The small print
The maximum height for vehicles using the car park is 2 metres and maximum width is 2.5 metres.
Please note, the opening times for the car park are 5am - 10pm Monday - Friday; 5am - 1pm on Saturday and 11am - 10pm on Sunday, so you need to make sure you drop your car off between these times.
Please also ensure your car is in legal roadworthy condition with full insurance, road tax and MOT, otherwise you may be liable for any extra costs incurred by the car park.
On your return to London City Airport, you should show your copy of the booking confirmation ticket and pay any supplementary parking charges, otherwise the car park may not be able to return your vehicle to you. Any damage to your vehicle must be reported before you leave.
