Meteor Meet & GreetMore (clear) signs to the drop off area in T2 are needed. I wasted £4 going in at the wrong level and had to queue to get out and go round again. There are several comments on this. It needs to be improved - quickly. Also, I thought I had booked with Meteor Parking but there are no Meteor Parking signs whatsoever - only Purple Parking. That's simply ridiculous, and the last thing I need when trying to catch a flight.

Meteor Meet & GreetWhen I arrived Terminal 2 I was told my car was waiting for me at Terminal 5! I was then offered the key to the wrong car which was brought for T5. Eventually my car arrived but the local operator did not seem to know where it had been.

Meteor Meet & GreetOnly issue was the system did not save the flight numbers I put in so this had to be done at airport, there was then an issue. fab though that you got car there for me when I came home on a flight an hour early but I then found out my car had been at the airport that morning as you wrote the flight numebr down wrong. Would still travel again though with you.
