What to do when you arrive at Mid Stay:

Drive up to the exit barrier which will read your number plate and then automatically lift to let you in. Find a free parking space and park your car; you keep hold of your keys so you know your car will be right where you left it when you return.

How to get to Stansted Airport:

Once you've grabbed your luggage head to the bus stop and wait for the free transfer bus. They run every 10 minutes, 24 hours a day and take just 7 minutes to reach the terminal.

What to do when you return:

Once you are back from your trip you can catch the free bus back to the car park, collect your car and drive to the exit barrier. The barrier will check your number plate and then let you out of the car park to head home.

Additional information:

The car park has disabled parking bays, toilets and all the transfer buses have floors low enough for a wheelchair. The disabled parking spaces are on a first come, first served basis and you'll need to display your Blue Badge while you're away.

The car park has a height restriction of 3.5 metres and transit style vans are not allowed.
