Short Stay Green Multi Storey at Stansted AirportOn leaving the machine said I needed to pay a further £310. The first barrier got no response to help button so had to reverse and try 2nd barrier. The man answered quickly and checked and let me out. I wonder how many people have also been asked to pay more by mistake?

Short Stay Green Multi Storey at Stansted AirportNo instructions as to how to park the car. I was quiet stressed out as I entered the car park I booked and got a ticket from the barrier machine. There was no one around to ask and no phone number. Instructions need to be provided on how to park the car or if the car license plate is instantly registered than that simply needs to be explained to reduce worry and stress for my holiday. I thought I would return and have to find someone to explain the situation just to get my car out the parking without a hefty fine.

It is so close to the terminal. The only reason for not giving a 10 is that for just 4 days it was expensive-approx£85, which for our budget was a luxury we can't often afford
