Auction House Par and RideThe security of personal information is a huge concern. Awaiting our vehicle at Luton we stood by the parking desk. On top, clearly visible were the names of customers, vehicle reg, holiday dates, mobile tel numbers. I am horrified as this is personal data which could leave to thefts. I am taking the matter further and I would like someone to contact me direct. The desk was unmanned and unlocked and visible for anyone to see. I have evidence of this.

Auction House Par and RideThe drop off was fine but the meet and greet on return was a big disappointment. After a long flight and a long time in the airport with very tired children we were displeased at having to wait 20 minutes for out car to arrive. I called as instructed from the luggage department as soon as I had picked up my luggage and was told to head to the pickup point only to be left standing waiting with very tired children for 29 minutes. Not my idea of a meet and greet service! Blue circle parking will not be getting repeat business from me.

Auction House Par and RideBoth Headlights and full beam were not working at collection time; when I dropped the car off, they were working fine. I have also sent an email to the parking company asking for explanation and refund of fixing costs.

But Purple parking Office have not responded to an email I sent in May concerning refunding me for posting a Carpark Pass that one of your drivers accidentally left in my car. I went to a lot of time and trouble, was promised a refund plus discount and have not had either.

Auction House Par and RideBooked as meet and greet as had 2 people disabled.as there was no assistance available had to manage cases onn trolley husband in wheelchair and my stepdaughter had to use crutches as no wheelchair available we had to negotiate 2 lifts and a long walk.The same thing happened on our return after a 3 hour delay at Bodrum.I do not call this meet and greet and would never use this service again.also when I did finally pick up my car I had to pack all cases and passengers on my own only to be told I would face an extra fee if not out in 15mins.When I got to exit gate it would not take my ticket and had to speak to assistance by this time I was stressed out and facing a 2 hour drive home.

Auction House Par and RideWhen going to the purple parking desk our booking wasn't found. The booking was actually with blue circle parking. A bit worrying at the time and it needs to be clearer. Other than that the service is good

Auction House Par and RidePark Up Meet & Greet? More like Guess, Park, Guess and Go. Where to begin... The postcode provided to the parking was incorrect. The instructions were of no better use. Upon arrival in to the multi storey car park, after making two phone calls for clearer instructions and booking in the vehicle the first of which was declined, it was extremely poorly managed. No one greeted us, no one explain where to park or go. The first desk I approached sent me to another desk. Eventually after getting sorted no one offered any direction to the airport terminal and this was the beginning. Upon collection, which I text and called through 30 minutes prior as requested, the vehicle was nowhere to be seen. The staff could not provide any further clarity of when it will arrive just to wait it will be here soon. Over 20 minutes later the vehicle did arrive however, I am unsure what the did with it or used it for. The drivers heated seat was on full, the temperature control had changed for driver and passenger side, the electronic dashboard view had been altered, the passenger seat was moved far back and reclined in comparison to the memory setting and most worrying of all there was masking tape on the near side front, and side, bumper. I appreciate slight adjustments driver seat adjustments for safety, but this is inexcusable. Also, no one can explain what, how, or why the tape was ever on my bodywork. This is the first time I have used this service at Luton and it will sure be the last.

Auction House Par and RideDrop off was perfect. Pick up was horrendous I was told to wait in the terminal u til the car was Despatched and I would get a call. Half an hour later no one had called No one was picking up the phone No one was answering texts Finally I was called back and told the car was Despatched. On arrival in be car park my car was locked and there was no one from the company there - neither were my keys I called again. I waited another 10 Minutes - then the driver pulled up. Throat my keys and exit ticket at me and when I asked him where he’d been. He made a brief off the uff comment on how I had not been there when he brought the car - turned and walked away before I could reply - incredibly rude 10 pm at night after a days travelling. This was not the service I expected nor paid for
