Smart Meet and Greet"Swift Air" ( should be called slow air... nothing Swift about them)at Luton airport were satisfactory on approach to the airport on 14th June, but on return to collect our car (after a delayed flight) they did not answer the telephone twice...the third time of calling they answered. Having arrived at the collection point (level 3 in the multi story car park) we waited a further 50 minutes before our car finally arrived....this is not a good meet and greet service. We then had to wait a further few minutes for our exit ticket ...Please Purple Parking do not use this Swift air service again ...Find another service provider at Luton airport otherwise your reputation will be affected too,

Smart Meet and GreetThe service was good and car was there when we arrived on level 3 of the car park. Due to the improvement works being completed at Luton airport when we dropped the he car off it was chaotic.

Smart Meet and GreetIt’s a bit of faff getting to departures especially without a trolley. Two lifts, walkways, outside then back in. Could you have trolleys pre booked with the car parking ?

Smart Meet and GreetReturned to Luton Airport. Was told 30 minute wait. I have to walk to 3rd floor of multi story (where I probably could have parked my car for a similar price) take lift to 2nd floor (lift only goes to 2nd floor) walk up flight of stairs with luggage. Waited 40 minutes for car to arrive. I would like some sort of refund.

Smart Meet and GreetThe signage and directions to the meet and greet car park are really good. And obviously, being a 'meet and greet' service made it very convenient. Everything flowed well in that it didn't take long for the car to be brought to the car park on arrival but it was a bit confusing as to who was supposed to help us when we first arrived to drop the car off before our flight. To be honest, I found all the staff pretty unhelpful. It was my first time using a 'meet and greet' service so when I parked up i wasn't sure who I should speak to as no-one seemed to be keen to help out. I just think the staff could do with some customer service training so that they are a little more pleasant and helpful on arrival. No-one was rude but for a premium service I would like to think a good customer-facing workforce would be beneficial to the business. Overall the price was good for the service we received, there was no damage to the car and the process was efficient. The only downfall was that I felt the staff saw customer as an inconvenience and didn't really welcome us at the airport.

Smart Meet and GreetAfter calling to tel them wevwere 40 mins away we still had to wait a further 30 mins for staff to turn up- there wasn't anyone there at all! Then on return we were told they were 15 mins away and again we had to wait. Staff were very unhelpful and didn't seem interested. Next time I'll book the cheaper parking and wait for the same time!

Smart Meet and GreetNo inspection of the car at handover, but worse, a wait of 40 minutes on return, with no proper explanation from the (few) staff except to blame it on traffic holdups. Another family said they waited 90 minutes.
