Terminal Car Park 2No lift, had to carry suitcases, no attendance at barrier, it took a good 15 minutes to be allowed out, incredibly rude service, will never book again! :-(

Terminal Car Park 2You sold tickets for a car park that is not even open to the public yet. You must have known this but no communication to prior warn your customers of the alternate arrangements and had to go chasing round when arriving at the airport to find out what to do which cost me an additional £4 in car parking at Luton. The alternate car park was so full as a result that a further 10 minutes taken looking for a space. Instead of arriving, paring car and catching a flight within minutes it took an extra 30 minutes just because you cant communicate with your customers effectively (however you can send me email after email about your products!!). It was the first time I have used PP and I don't usually fly from Luton but the experience was going to be a try out for the almost weekly flights I take from LHR. Sorry to say I wont be making any bookings based on this experience
