I actually parked in the wrong car park by mistake but this was sorted without any fuss or additional expense. Quality Customer Service comes to the fore when things don't quite go as planned.

The voice contact waived the extra £25 but said I should have had to pay and claim it back from PP. This wasn’t made clear when booking.

Come back, walk 2 minutes to the same parking space while everyone else waits for shuttle buses and drive straight out. Could not have been any easier and quicker. The best airport parking service I have used for a long time. Would recommend for anyone flying from Manchester Airport Terminal 2.
