Do not change settings in car. Car returned very dirty so needed to go to car wash the next day.

all good except for return where our car was blocked in by one of your staff, so had to go back and find driver. driver finally came, not a word of apology, moved his van and we were on our way

First time we used meet and greet through purple parking. Very pleased no problems. We have used Purple Parking many times in the past.

All was excellent and smooth until we returned after a long-delayed flight. Finding our car in BLUE 4 was impossible and we had to speak to members of staff to locate it. Turns out that BLUE 4 was one of a handful of spaces tucked away in an unsigned corner of the ground floor - not in any way related to the "proper" BLUE zone.
