Meet and GreetThe service as always is very professional and easy to use we have used the meet and greet regular and both of us agree we would use this service whenever we fly as it’s so relaxing and stress free. We have had no issues yet. 10/10

Meet and GreetQueue of abandoned cars on arrival and I parked my car myself as only two attendants to receive cars. No checking/photos of cars on. When I returned office locked, no-one on site and had to wait for attendant to return.

Meet and GreetThe poky little office doesn't lend itself to a bad weather queue or any queue for that matter. We've used this 4 times now and there's usually been a back log checking in. Pick up has been fine though.

Meet and GreetCar was nowhere to be seen when we arrived to collect it at 3am in the cold and rain with our 2 year old daughter in a push chair which we not could easily bring inside because there are steps to get into your building. Had to speak to an attendant who eventually found the car and brought it to us. After loading the car with our luggage, we headed to the exit only to find out we needed a ticket which the attendant hadn’t given us! So had to reverse out of the exit bay, go back to the hut and get the card before finally being able to exit our nightmare. To top it all off, the next day we noticed a deep scratch on the left hand passengers side door handle which was done by your attendants.

Meet and GreetOn return from holiday the meet and greet had que of around 50 people. my car had not been returned to the car park and we were left waiting in the rain. It was not the fault of the guys working at the car park, they were trying their best but there wer far too many drop offs / collections
