Entertainment:
Enjoy the free, unlimited wifi - there are plenty of power points to charge your devices with if you're running low on battery. They also offer children's packs, to keep them busy on the plane.
Opening times
The lounge is open from 4am to 8pm everyday. From the 1st May the lounge will be open from 4am to 9pm everyday.
You can use the lounge up to 2 hours before your flight. Book 2 hours before your flight is due to depart and your time will start from then.
Food and Drink:
The lounge offers a large range of hot and soft drinks, beers, wines and spirits, all of which are all included. Unlike other lounges, the No1 also offers complimentary prosecco.
Or if you really want to treat yourself then there's champagne available to buy. We do advise you to go easy on the alcoholic drinks though!
A hot meal from the bistro style menu is included in the price and the menu changes seasonally. You can expect made-to-order dishes like bacon rolls and beans on toast for breakfast, up until 11am and Moroccan chicken, ploughman's lunch and fish finger sandwiches any time after that. In addition there are handmade cakes, pastries and fruit.
There are vegetarian dishes and options for gluten-free diets - just speak to a member of the team when you arrive.
At the moment No1 Lounge are experiencing some issues with the availability of some food and drink items. They're working hard to tackle the problem but in the mean time it might mean that your favourite dish or tipple is missing. The team will be happy to recommend an alternative for you and want to say thank you for your patience and understanding.
Dress code:
The lounge has a smart casual dress code. Smart shorts, sandals, trainers, non-sport tracksuits, hooded tops, t-shirts and jeans are all accepted. They don't allow clothing such as themed or fancy dress, clothes with slogans that may cause offence, clothing that exposes midriffs or upper thighs, and bare shoulders on men. Lounge staff expect reasonable behaviour from all guests, and reserve the right to refuse admission.
Disabled facilities:
The lounge is fully accessible to disabled customers.
Additional Information
Terminal - This lounge can only be used if you are flying out of the North Terminal.
Groups of more than eight people cannot be booked into the lounge unless you have got authorisation from the lounge first. This applies even if the group is split into more than one booking. If you wish to make a booking for more than seven passengers please contact us.
