Airparks Meet and GreetWhen i returned, I called the number as requested and informed them I had all my bags and was making my way out to Hampton by Hilton. When I arrived a car park my car was not there, the representative from your company whp gave his name as Jeseppe, did not seen too concerned by this and that it would be here soon. 10 minutes later and still no car, I approached Jeseppe again (whom I found quite intimidating behind his silver sun glasses) and asked if there was any way he could check up on the whereabouts of my car. He made a phone call and from listening to his end of the conversation I suspect the car had not been dispatched, as within 1 minute of the call ending the car arrived. I paid a premium for a meet and greet service, I did not expect to have tp wait 20 minutes to get my car returned. It would have been quicker using an offsite service and a shuttle bus.

Airparks Meet and GreetThe only negative comment I would say is that our flight was on time but the car was not at the meet and greet pick up point when we arrived despite telephoning as soon as we had got our luggage. That was our main reason for doing the meet and greet service. We did however only have to wait about 10 minutes .

Airparks Meet and GreetFirst time i have used it and everything went very smooth on departure and arrival. Maybe a few more signs on the approach as sat nav not always pinpoint accurate.

Airparks Meet and GreetWalled 35 minutes in the cold with a toddler for the car to come. The steward didn't know where the car was.

Airparks Meet and GreetThe drop-off was very smooth, but the pick-up was clunky and frustrating. Our flight had been delayed by nearly 2 hours so the last thing you want is to stand around waiting for the car and get hit with defensive staff. We called at 16:21 (originally due to land at 14:35) to alert our arrival at the airport. We waited for just over half an hour for our car to arrive and was confronted with a staff member getting defensive, rather than taking action to find out what the delay was. I paid for meet and greet and didn't feel I got that coming home. Furthermore, we had the car cleaned before our flight and came back to it in a worse state with handprints on the glass. It has put me off this particular provider, but I know Purple Parking work with others so that hasn't put me off them.
