AirparksEverything was great apart from the communication over the phone. I rang about 5-10 mins prior to drop off & after collecting our luggage on return & on both occasions your employee came across as unfriendly & impatient.

AirparksI think your instructions for driving to the meet and greet area could be clearer. I've used you several times and get in the wrong lane each time - yes I should know by now. One major complaint, my car was absolutely covered in bird mess when I collected it and I had to take it to a car wash.

AirparksWhen we arrived to collect our car i was handed my key and was told my car was just a few bays away. Could not find my car and neither the car park attended could. He told me my car could be on the floor above and went of to find it. 10 min later he returned with my car

AirparksThe car was not at the meet and greet when I arrived, and took over 15 minutes to get there. It was 1 am in the morning, and there were 11 spaces available - I had plenty of time to count them.

AirparksWe used Purple Parking’s “Meet and Great” service starts London Gatwick Airport. The service was excellent, clear instructions and a member of the team present on our arrival. On return we telephoned as instructed and our car arrived promptly. We cannot fault our experience.

AirparksOutward leg great....Return leg the process failed due to inability of staff to communicate effectivly, resulting in a 40 minute wait in a damp car park. When questioned the supervisor was uncommunacative and 'offhand'. An understanable mistake that could have been resolved by talking and explaining what the issue was. not being left to become stressed....
