What to do when you arrive:
Call the number your receive on your booking confirmation 15 minutes before you arrive, so your driver can head to the drop-off point to collect your vehicle. Meet your driver at the location detailed in your booking confirmation, grab your belongings, and then head inside to check-in. Your driver will take your vehicle and park it in a secured location.
South Terminal: Follow signs for 'set down and passenger drop-off'.
North Terminal: Follow signs for 'Approved Operators'.
How to get to Gatwick Airport:
Whether you're heading to the North or South Terminal, you won't need to fuss around ith any transfers, as you're only a short walk away from your terminal! Once you've met your driver and they've collected your keys, you simply need to make the short stroll to departures.
What to do when you return:
Once you've collected your luggage, call the Meteor Meet & Greet offices to let them know you're on your way. They will confirm the meeting point, and return your car to you outside the terminal entrance. You won't need to do anything else, and only need to hop in your car and head off!

The car park your vehicle will be stored in has the following features:

Additional information:
- - Make sure you call the Meteor offices 15 minutes before you arrive as you can't wait for your driver on the departures level. If you're going to be early or late, notify the car park as soon as you can.
- - You'll need to display a printed copy of your booking confirmation on your dashboard
- - Meteor cannot accept the following vehicles: Maserati, Aston Martin, and Ferrari
- - Your car will be stored around 3 miles from the airport in Horley.
