What to do when you arrive:

South Terminal: Head to the Short Stay car park and take a ticket from the barrier as you enter. Process to the Approved Operator area in Car Park 5, where your professional driver will meet you. They will check your car for damage, and you'll need to hand over your booking confirmation, car keys and return flight information. The driver will then take your vehicle to be parked on a secured site, while you make the short walk to the terminal.

North Terminal: Head to the Hampton by Hilton hotel by the North terminal, and take a ticket from the barrier. Find the Approved Operator area, where your driver will be waiting to photograph your vehicle and check it for damage. They'll collect your booking confirmation, keys and return flight information, and take your vehicle to be parked in a secured car park while you walk to the terminal.

How to get to Gatwick Airport:

Whether you're heading to the North or South Terminal, with either service, you're only a few minutes walk from your terminal. Once the driver has checked your car for damage and taken your car to be parked in a secured site, simply walk the rest of the way to departures and be there within moments of dropping off your vehicle!

What to do when you return:

Collect your luggage and call the Purple Parking Meet & Greet service to request your vehicle. You'll be given instructions on where to meet your driver when you call.

• - Your vehicle will be parked in a secured compound up to 6 miles from the airport
• - There is a height restriction in place of 1.8m for North terminal, and 2m for South terminal.

• - Only vehicles with less than 8 seats can be accepted
• - All airport fees are included
• - Extra days' parking are charged at £10 per day
