Purple Parking Self ParkWe booked ‘self park’ but on arrival Were told this is not an option? I explained we paid MORE for self park but it was shrugged off by the staff who didn’t care. The car on collection was filthy too, covered in tree sap and looked like someone had been off-roading in it! Looking into how I can get a refund for the extra I paid at least!

Purple Parking Self ParkStruggle to advise of improvements, always works well when I use the service, not experienced issues or delays, only thing I was unsure of was that I was sure I had booked self parking but was told i hadn't (very politely) so more than likely my own finger trouble. Sit is pretty easy to use, instructions are clear

Purple Parking Self ParkI booked self park parking and paid extra for this, when we arrived at the parking site we were told that self park was full and there was nothing anyone could do. This is really disappointing as we paid extra for this service. Surely booking this should therefore mean that a parking space is available

Purple Parking Self ParkI paid extra for the keep your keys/ self park option, however just wasted £9 as I would have had the exact same service if I had paid for the normal service

Purple Parking Self ParkDid what it said on the tin, would use again, good turn around of coaches/times to the terminal. I used the self park option as I prefer to park the car and leave it, without anyone else driving it.
