Cheap Heathrow Airport Lounges
Opening times:
From 05:30 to 22:30.
Terminal:
The Aspire Lounge is located at Terminal 3.
Food and drink:
The Aspire Lounge is well stocked with plenty of food to make sure you're well fuelled for your journey. In the morning you can choose from sausages, bacon and egg rolls, yoghurt, cereals, pastries or fruit to get you moving in the right direction; in the afternoon there's cream teas, soup, pasta and a range of cheeses. The menu also provides options if you are vegetarian or require a gluten-free diet.
You can also unwind with a range of Beers, wines, spirits, specialty teas, coffees, soft drinks and juices, all on the house! There is an additional charge for champagne and cocktails and we would ask you to drink responsibly.

Dress code:
The Aspire Lounge does ask that you refrain from wearing sportswear (football shirts, tracksuits etc.) and clothing with offensive slogans. If you are wearing shorts they must be smart and tailored.
The staff at the Aspire Lounge reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone dressed inappropriately or displaying inappropriate behaviour.
Directions
Once you are through Security follow the signs for 'Gate 1-42' and 'All Airline Lounges'. Bear to the left and continue to follow the signs for 'All Airline Lounges'. Turn left and follow signs to 'Gates 1-22' and 'Airline Lounges B-J'. turn left towards Gate 9; the lounge is signposted as 'Lounge D' and will be on the right side.

Unless stated otherwise, you can stay in an airport lounge for up to 3 hours from the time of your booking.
Is food free in VIP lounge?
