Best Western Skylane HotelA bit hard to locate and get to M25 from the location. Checking in too awhile and bus left for the airport even though we were walking towards it.

Best Western Skylane HotelMixed service not up to usual standards. Brilliant supportive drivers, but dismissive desk staff ‘ your car is by the gate’ without a row number was not what we expected.

Best Western Skylane HotelThe woman at the hotel was rude and sarcastic and very unhelpful when I had queries, and the car park parked my car with the door left open and unlocked and then when I complained denied it had even happened and ignored my emails and didn’t acknowledge the complaint. Disgusting and very disappointed and I will never be using this service again.

Best Western Skylane HotelWe waited over an hour in the restaurant for ordered food to be delivered to our table. Nobody apologised or came to see if the meal was OK. We did not feel valued as customers.

Best Western Skylane HotelEverything was OK except you booked me double person breakfasts on the 2nd stay - your rep was told there was only 1 person in each room and booked breakfast for the 1st stay appropriately, but she got it wrong for the 2nd stay. Apart from that no problems. Hotel was great, close to airport with its own shuttle service, and parking was secure.

Best Western Skylane HotelYou made a slight mistake on the hotel booking - there was only 1 person in each room but the hotel told me you booked 2 people in each room having breakfast on the 2nd stay (don't know if you did the same on the first stay as wasn't told). Apart from that, great hotel, great location and easy transfer to the airport.

Best Western Skylane HotelHotel needs more visible signposting - I arrived after dark & drove past it. Also returning around 6am to collect my car & wanting a coffee I found the catering facility not open before 7am.

Best Western Skylane HotelThe hotel was very clean and good customer service. On our return to collect our car we were told it had a puncture. We were offered the use of a telephone and the manager offered us a room to use until the car was sorted. This was lovely as we had travelled back overnight on a long haul flight and we were very tired. We were comfortable and were able to rest as the car took about two hours to be sorted. I would definitely use them again and will not hesitate to recommend them.

Best Western Skylane HotelEasy to book. System worked very well. Car ready and waiting near the entrance to hotel so picking it up on arrival from holiday was simple. Not far from Gatwick, would recommend this service.
