Courtyard MarriottThe hotel was good. However, we were not impressed with the car parking service. When we returned to the car, it had been parked so close to the next one, we couldn’t get in. Climbed over from the passenger seat in the end. There was damage to our door where the driver who parked it had got out. Totally unnecessary. I would have gone to complain but the queue was so long and travelling alone with children so just wanted to get home.

Courtyard MarriottDon’t touch all the controls in the car - lights, radio, a/c. Whoever drove the car decided to turn the auto lighting system off, we were driving around Gatwick with no lights on.

Courtyard MarriottOk, but would nt pay the extra again for the car to be brought to the airport. We did it so we could just hop in and go and ended up waiting more than half an hour. Only took about 3 minutes to get to the hotel on the bus!

Courtyard MarriottReally good experience the courtyard marriott was in easy walking distance of the Gatwick South terminal. The return experience was excellent, the car was ready and waiting and couldn't have been closer to the hotel. We walked back rather than the bus which helped wake us up for the drive home. Would definitely book this again.

Courtyard MarriottLow mark because whoever drove my car appears to have unnecessarily altered all the possible seat positions, all the mirror positions and the radio settings. Whilst i do anticipate some changes the amount of re-adjustments I had to make were I feel unnecessary.
