Hotel was fine, the issues were with parking. Car wing mirror had been scratched, car was filthy with what looked oil splash marks on it.

Excellent service although the car park at Gatwick is on the opposite side of the airport to the North Terminal and takes some navigating to find without running the risk of an extended tour of West Sussex lanes and villages!

The time to travel is unrealistic. It's hard to find to start, then when we arrived at 20:20, we had to wait on the bus for 20 minutes for departure. It then it stopped at Gatwick South before arriving at North. We got to Virgin check-in at 21:05. We had missed twilight check-in by 5 minutes. Thank god this was not on the day of travel, so no real harm was done.

Parking was fine and efficient, however the hotel room was terrible. First we were squeezed into what was clearly a normal double room (family of 4) despite booking a family room. After paying extra £40 for an upgrade to a corner room so we could move around the furniture we then had the worst bed I have ever tried to sleep on. The travel cot supplied seemed to be the most comfortable followed by the sofa bed! The hotel was very conveniently located for the terminal but that was the only redeeming feature as the most important thing when staying in a hotel is getting a good sleep!

There appeared to be boot prints on the dashboard that were not there when we left the car.

Cant think of any improvements. Whole transaction was very smooth, even when we turned up in a different car due to car issues. Staff are friendly and polite. On arrival home there was no wait to get car, very slick operation.
