Holiday Inn WorthThe hotel moved my car (only a few spaces) and put the hand brake on so hard I could not release it. I had to go back to the hotel and ask for help. It was also backed against a lamppost so I could not get into the boot. The hotel room was icy cold and the heating didn't work. I put towels on the duvet to add extra warmth. Even the restaurant was cold with diners having jackets around their shoulders. This was not a 4 star hotel, I was missold!
