Premier Inn A23Arrived at purple parking early hours was a straight forward park and drop keys with a shuttle evey 20mins to the airport terminal. Our flight was cancelled and our new flight was earlier coming home so we arrived 10hrs early but the car was ready and they even drove it to the office. Brilliant service

Premier Inn A23All worked pretty smoothly. Two premier inns close to each other at Gatwick so clearer instructions on which one you are in and how to find it would be good.

Premier Inn A23Booked the same hotel & parking multiple times over the years with no issues ........ except this time, the car park had closed and was now the other side of the airport !!! Only discovered it had moved when we could not find it & as we had no internet on phones to access the app we had to park in Gatwick long stay for the week at £165 No mention of the car park being elsewhere in any emails or confirmation booking emails. Don't be a Paul ..... always check the car park location before going to the airport, even if you have parked there before.

Premier Inn A23Purple parking shuttle bus is not ideal for weary travellers and luggage. Heathrow have a better system with trailer and bus service.

Premier Inn A23Was so upset about the way I had been treated at purple parking at the first hut I wouldn’t do it again, couldn’t find the entrance to the hotel so went across the roundabout to that one by the time I got there my daughter needed her meds I had to ask for water as none of the machines were working , self check in wasn’t working and air con wasn’t working there was a very noisy fan sat on a desk . No sleep but then I only had 2 hours after all the waiting any way .
