Sandman SignatureOn return to pick my car up we found no power on the car, on closer inspection the lights had been left on and the battery was completely dead. After reporting our flat battery a member of purple parking arrived within minutes with a power pack and soon had us started. This then had a knock on effect as we dare not stop in case the battery was still flat, so after a all night long flight was forced to drive another two and a half hours without stopping for a break. Normally this would be no problem, but it would have been helpful to have had a break stopping for coffee etc. Please make sure that your drivers switch off customers lights when parking cars up for customers.

Sandman SignatureI had to wait over 1 hour for the car to be delivered at pick up. I had to change the return flight from the North to South terminal on departure, the Maple rep at the kiosk said the car would be waiting for me but it wasn’t. This misinformation caused an additional delay in addition to the hour from requesting pick up. When I called the arrivals line I was put on hold for over 5 mins and had to get your rep to call the office. This cannot be described as a greeting!!

Sandman SignatureHotel was good and the car take away/return both worked well and on time. However our "cleanish" car was returned absolutely filthy - had it been driven several times round a very muddy field or what? Our hands were really dirty after just opening the boot.

Sandman SignatureVery good service. The web site could be improved to enable late check into the hotel due to a flight landing just after midnight. However, the support line fixed this after the web site booking was made.
