SofitelWe have used this service many times, book the Sofitel at Gatwick along with the parking. It makes life so much easier particularly if you flying very early in the morning. The price is reasonable enough and on the numerous occasions we have used this we have yet to have any bad experiences.

SofitelHAD MEET AND GREET. All went smooth on the way out but on return told to meet at South Terminal, got baggage rang number was on hold for ever so decided to walk through whilst on hold. Got outside still on hold ( although my "call was important" message worked ) Nobody around so went onto my app for the car and it told me the car was at the North Terminal so had to go back into the terminal, get the express and get my car. Staff just said were very busy, I was not not impressed. Hopefully just a one off.

SofitelThe hotel we had booked was closed and instructions for the drop off had not been properly updated, so we wasted time trying to drop off keys when it wasn't necessary. The cap park attendant was useless and didn't have a clue about what we needed to do.

SofitelWe have used the meet and greet service before and had a good service. We phone 20 mins before arriving at the Sofitel hotel, a driver usually meets us outside the hotel and collects the car. This time we were told to drive to the carpark at the rear of the hotel, wheel our suitcases to the hotel in the rain! And the same on our return trip! This isn’t meet and greet and not what we payed for! Very dissatisfied and certainly would not recommend at the moment but depends on your response!

SofitelI booked 8 days parking with a one night hotel stay on return as we landed at 11.00pm. When I got to the hotel I was given my car keys and then had to explain that I was staying the night. I was given a family room with a double bed and two singles when I was on my own. Surely a waste of resources as I had asked for a single room! The next morning as I checked out I was asked how I had enjoyed my stay - I have been there for nine hours! The parking arrangements at Sofitel Gatwick were fine.

SofitelMy car although undamaged was substantially dirter than when I dropped it off. I can only assume this happened after the car was moved from the covered garage to a separate location.
