You have a great video on your website saying it's 20 mins on the Hoppa bus to Terminal 5. So I allowed 30 and when the bus turned up it told me it took well over an hour with all the hotel stops. I didn't have that time so I had to get a cab. I wasted paying for both return as it took so long on the hoppa. I really felt misled and will not be using your service again because of this. I feel like I'm owed the return fare but I can't be bothered to even try to get it back. Companies like yours just wear us all out.
