Hilton Garden Inn T2Our booking with Purple Parking was cancelled 5 days before our holiday, so we had to rebook a much more expensive alternative (Blue Circle Heathrow Meet and Greet), which ended up being terrible. When we arrived at our booked time (7pm), there was no one there. We called and they said they'd gone home for the say at 6.30pm, even though our booking said they operate from 4am to midnight! In the end, we had to pay an extra £10 to leave the car park and they agreed to pick up the car from our hotel. We waited on the pavement until 10pm for someone to pick up the car, and missed room service for food. It was midnight by the time we'd eaten and gone to bed, which was far from ideal when we had to get up at 4am for our flight. When we picked up our car at the end of our holiday our car was damaged. Absolutely awful experience.

Hilton Garden Inn T2Very easy process, good hotel for overnight. Definitely would do this again with Purple Parking.
