Hilton T5It was all good until I reached the Hilton Hotel car park, the machine couldn't read the QR code I had, so I used the help button on the car park machine, and basically the guy the other end wouldn't accept that I had booked the Hilton Hotel for a night and car parking for 13 days. He kept telling me that I was in the wrong car park. So I took a card from the machine and went to the Hotel reception where my booking was confirmed and my car park card validated for the length of my trip. You don't need that sort of hassle at the start of your trip!

Hilton T5You out sourced my custom to blue circle which I was unaware of - this made it quite confusing when collecting my car as I was looking for purple parking and not blue circle. I think you should have informed me.

Hilton T5Good hotel and great food. Comfy bed and room. Parking secure. Only negative point, no lift from car park to hotel to bring or take bags, just metal stairs. Not good for disabled people.
