Holiday Inn Express T5We waited 40mins for the car after a 10hr overnight flight with kids and then were further delayed as our ticket didn't let us out. Finally a member of staff came down but they got into an argument with the parking supervisor. Also we were moved to the Blue parking desk and were told no at the purple parking desk?

Holiday Inn Express T5The hotel with car parking was great. I also booked Hoppa transfers which was fine outward but the last bus has already left on the return. I've reported this to customer services but not had a reply

Holiday Inn Express T5I thought I had booked my arrival at terminal 5 (heathrow) at 10 on the 24 hour clock. When I arrived they could not find my booking because they expected me at 10pm (22.00).

Holiday Inn Express T5The hotel was 7 minutes from terminal 5, the attendants at the airport were in place and when we returned our car was ready and waiting - just what you need before and after a holiday - great stuff
