MercureThe hotel rooms were clean and tidy without being small. The bar/restaurant service was poor and understaffed, nothing to drink on tap. Parking was a complete nightmare, we arrived at the hotel check in time and have a 4x4, we struggled to park. The car parks are not secure and people don’t park with any consideration for others. I wouldn’t park and stay here again. The taxi from the hotel to T3 was £25 and on the way back in a black cab was £15.

MercureThe hotel was appalling. Tired and broken. The bathroom fan screamed, there was no heating and it was freezing in both the room and the bathroom. Tiny room packed with unnecessary furniture. Bed like a slab of stone and pillow like a brick. Not very clean either. Really really poor.

MercureAll very easy with covered parking, electric charge point & airport shuttle. Hotel fine for pre & post flight accommodation. Heathrow could do with improving signage for shuttle bus pick up points & staff the enquiries desk. Shuttle drivers very helpful.

MercureWe have been to the Mercure several times. It very convenient and easy to find off the M4. We will certainly return but we upgraded to a superior room which was just like a basic. I even checked at reception to ensure they hadn't made a mistake.

MercureGenerally OK but incorrect information supplied (or not updated) regarding terminal bus stops on return which led to long delay getting away from Heathrow - 90 mins
