Signage at Heathrow terminal 3 is poor. I ended up at the wrong place in the car park. I had to leave the car park and start over. That cost me time and 15 quid. The meet and greet. Who Re you kidding. Park the car and go find them. Not happy. The hotel was excellent the airport lounge satisfactory however the parking experience ruined it and made a very poor start to a very expensive holiday.

The directions to and location signage could be made more prominent at T3 Heathrow. Possible to provide a place to shelter whilst waiting for up to 1 hour for the shuttle bus?

The Sheraton hotel was lovely but on arrival there were empty pint glasses and litter right outside our door, which was quickly moved. But when we came to shower at 4.30 in the morning before our flight we had no hot water! Reception were less than sympathetic, telling us that we could have asked to change rooms, this was 45 minutes before we were due to catch the shuttle bus!!

Booking was easy, hotel had all the details so checking in and out and picking car up was no problem. The airport shuttle on the way back broke down but that was just an unpredictable hiccup. Shuttle soon replaced. Good service all around. Would definitely recommend

Well not great really. Got to the hotel booked at time with parking. They had no record of booking, despite having all the documents with me. fortunately they had a room free and could put us in it.
