SofitelDelivery back of my car took over 30 mins. When asked, the man on the desk he rang someone, spoke in a foreign language which included my surname and then walked away and started talking to another car driver that had just arrived. Rude!

SofitelVery confusing in that we booked with Purple Parking, and all messages came from you, but your attendant at the airport said that it was nothing to do with him and sent us to Drivefly. You could improve the clarity and logo-ing of your messages. Hotel comfortable but meals very over-priced.
