Britannia Country HouseThe hotel we stayed in was very dated and basic *Britannia County House Hotel" and the spa didn't seem very clean but it was a very good price including car parking for a week, the airport transfer service was good and the shuttle service to the airport was really good.

Britannia Country HouseThere was virtually nowhere to park. There were no allocated spaces and cars were parked all over the place. Lighting in the place was non existent and several cars had been broken into. I did not feel safe parking my car there but had no choice but to do so.

Britannia Country HouseWe paid extra for the deluxe room which was very poor, in fact we questioned if it was deluxe. Could feel every spring in the bed, so uncomfortable. The evening meal was very poor.

Britannia Country HouseThe transfer from the hotel left without us 5minuets before schedule...we were bringing the cases outside when the drive off!!..the hotel phoned them up and it took them half an hour to send a car for us. On return we couldn't find our receipt so phoned the hotel and they were no help just said have to phone the taxi direct, this cost us 16 where the hotel could have at least arranged it through their hotel transfer account and cost us 6..very disappointing.
