The Days InnHotel was great really convenient for parking but when we arrived at car park it was dark and we found it really difficult to find where we should be parking. There were numerous signs directing us to spaces but all the entrances had no entry signs and after driving round in circles we ended up at the entrance again. I was starting to panic a bit as it was really unclear.

The Days InnThe parking arrangement was, as ever, faultless. Our car was kept safely and our number plate recognised on both entry and exit. The hotel booking with Days Inn was not perfect but only because they were very busy and had to give us a disabled room next to the front door and without bedside tables.

The Days InnThe whole booking process with Purple Parking is easy to use and efficient. The long-term parking always works faultlessly. We would not book this hotel again but will defintely book with Purple Parking again.

The Days InnEasy access to the hotel from the motorway and close to airport parking. Bus service to terminal was frequent and stops were well signposted. Only negative was the hotel looked in need of decoration. Though the room was comfortable, think the price could have reflected this. Would book again.

The Days InnDirection to the booked car park at Stanstead were completely absent. the actual carp ark was not clearly identified. I spent 45 mins driving around trying to find the 'purple parking' car park - which of course doesn't exist because you acted as an agent for the standard car park - this was not made clear. Foretunately I had plenty of time but this may not be the case for all travellers. Additionally the parking reservation had not been received by the car park when i arrived - this was because i booked shortly before the arrival time. Your systems should be more integrated to allow for online updates of bookings in 'real time'.
