NovotelSmooth process but we needed a slightly earlier bus in the morning. Our group of 8 all had golf clubs and the bus was crowded. Perhaps prior warning of such a large group could lead to a larger or 2nd bus.

NovotelOnly slight negative was having to run out to the car in the morning with the ticket for the dashboard. Also having the price of the shuttle included would have been great to reduce fiddling with tickets on board, but I'm only nitpicking to be honest because it was a great service.

NovotelThe experience was great, apart from no spaces in car park. We drive around the park many times, then see reception to say we cannot park. After some time we are taken to staff parking area.
