Park and DepartParking was easy and located about 5 mins drive from terminal. On return, waited approx 30 minutes at collection point for uplift. 15 other customers were also waiting and several used courtesy phone to call and be told bus was on its way. Bus only arrived after airport management intervened and called the office. When bus finally arrived, it wasn't big enough for all customers in the queue - they had all come off the same flight and had been waiting as long. Very poor.

Park and DepartThe price was expensive for the service we received! Standing in the cold after 30 hours travelling waiting for the bus to come back for us wasn’t ideal. The bus that went as we came out the airport with two people on it could have waited a few minutes for other customers from that flight.

Park and DepartI bought a Groupon voucher to get 25-35% off and ended up only getting 10%, only a £2 saving. Was told to take it up with groupon. The instructions on the email were incorrect. The address took us directly to the airport and we had to phone to get someone to let us out and give us directions. The instructions for entry said to wait for barrier to open with number plate recognition but didn’t instruct us to take a card from machine. Had to wait in freezer cold on way there and had a long wait at airport to get back to car. There was a massive queue and no bus came for about 15 mins.

Driver arrived and said he didn't receive a call 5 minutes ago Call centre didn't pass the message after the first call from a passager who came with the same flight from Malta What's the point to tell purpelparking your flight number and arrival time if they can't be on time. They are quick enough to charge you extra when you are an hour late I've been using them before and never had experience this having to wait so long. I'll give it another try and see what's happen.

Park and DepartIt was our first time at your car park and on arrival the bar did not rise as we approached. Our instructions said that there was a registration reader at the gate. Because the bar did not rise for us we drove away thinking we were at the wrong place. We were later told the reader was not working that day and we should have pressed the button which would give us a ticket for which we would be charged another payment. A simple notice to say the the reader was broken would have saved us a lot of distress. This hassle made us late for our check in and only because the flight was delayed did we get on it. We were not impressed and will tell people about our experience.

Park and DepartThe service was pleasantly surprising and smooth for a parking provider at an airport. It was hassle free so much we were chuffed start to finish. Easy to book online, easy to drive in and park plus we keep our car key with us, then we got taken to the airport by a free courtesy bus. On return, we called customer service, a courtesy bus came to the airport and took us back to the car park, we retrieved our car intact after a 5 days trip. The car park is neat and well marked. We secured it on a deal less than the usual £10/day. For this experience, I recommend purpleparking.

Park and DepartShuttle bus came a few minutes after I parked and stood in shelter and when called on return, it didn't take long to arrive. Bus drivers friendly. Simple parking layout, easy to find space and your car on return.

Park and DepartEntry was straight forward, the bus was waiting for us on arrival. They were even waiting at our arrival when we cleared from baggage department on our return. Very simple and easy to use. Will definitely use again. Keep the discounted prices coming. Every little helps.

Park and DepartDirections to the site were fairly comprehensive but I did go to Google map to ensure I had understood and would be able to find parking area We appreciated the warmth of the bus driver and his polite approach and advice on how to edit the area. That was a great "Welcome Home".
