What to do when you arrive at Airparks Drop and Go:
Drive to the car park and park your car in one of the arrival bays (make a note of the lane number), check in at reception and drop your keys in the box that relates to your arrival lane. You'll be given a ticket, look after this as you'll need it when you get back.
How to get to Birmingham Airport:
There is a free transfer bus that runs every 25 minutes and takes about 14 minutes to reach the airport.
What to do when you return:
Catch the bus back to the car park and head to the check out area. You'll need the ticket you were given when you arrived; follow the instructions on the key dispenser to retrieve your keys and find out where your car is parked. Collect your car and drive to the exit barrier where you can insert your ticket to leave the car park.
