What to do when you arrive at Airparks Self Park Birmingham:

Contact-free check-in is included with Airparks Self Park. Once you arrive at the carpark a helpful member of the team will check you in while you stay in your vehicle, and they'll direct you where to park. Keep hold of the ticket you'll be given, along with your car keys, and make a note of where you've parked for when you get back. Then head to the nearest bus stop to catch the shuttle to the terminal - it's that simple!

The shuttle is included in the price and takes around 14 minutes. Buses run every 25 minutes between 3am and 2am. If you need the bus outside of these times give the car park a call and they'll collect you.

What to do when you return:

When you return, catch the bus back to Airparks. Show the driver the ticket you were given when you arrived, so the bus can drop you off at the zone you parked in.

The Airparks car park has well-lit bus shelters and toilets. The shuttle bus is wheelchair accessible and there are accessible parking bays, which work on a first come, first served basis. Give Airparks a call before you arrive if you need any assistance.

If you're late the car park offers a grace period up to midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you will be charged the car park's standard rate of £15 per day. This is subject to change.
