Maple Manor Meet and GreetWe had used Purple parking twice and had an excellent experience and rated you 5 stars . But our most recent experience was stressful . We called as instructed 20 mins from the airport and had to ring three times , even trying two phones to call as we got closer and there was no answer . Each time we let the phone ring for more than 5 minutes . Eventually as we entered the airport someone called us back - in fact called us back 3 times ! To ask us the same question- our name and car . When we arrived there was no one to meet us and my husband stayed with the car whilst I ran to check in . The driver eventually appeared but not a good start to our weekend . We choose Purple parking because of the convenience of the meet and greet service .We will use the company again as it has been one bad day experience in three , and hopefully the company will redeem itself next time
